We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors accurately. # Refund Policy — Top Players

We want you to love every piece you buy from Top Players. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, custom-painted, or commissioned works, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

## 1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

## 2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

## 3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

- One-of-one (1/1) custom commissioned pieces
- Custom hand-painted sneakers, apparel, bags, and accessories
- Items personalized at the customer's request
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards

## 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

## 5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at contact@darkpino.xyz or message us on WhatsApp at +1 778-715-5559 with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions from our team.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging to the address provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

## 6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

## 7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

## 8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of approval:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times vary.
3. Contact your bank.

## 9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@darkpino.xyz or WhatsApp +1 778-715-5559.

## 10. Order Cancellations

Orders for non-custom items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom or commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

## 11. Chargebacks

If you have a concern or dispute about a charge, please contact us first at contact@darkpino.xyz before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
